Joe Morrison is the Founder and CEO of NTCI. He is a graduate of Oglethorpe University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business. With more than 29 years of experience in the motor carrier industry, his experience also includes the Atlanta, Georgia Police Department and the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration. Joe is a member of the American Society of Safety Engineers. Joe is Certified to teach the National Safety Council’s Truck Driver Defensive Driving Course.

Bob Seifert is Vice President  for NTCI. Bob has a BS degree in business management and is a graduate of the FBI National Academy in Quantico, Virginia.  He is certified to teach the National Safety Council's Defensive Driving Course. He was most recently the Vice President of Safety for the Indiana Motor Truck Association and prior to that he was the Commander of the Motor Carrier Enforcement Division of the Indiana State Police.  He has more than 30 years in the transportation industry dealing with safety and  regulatory compliance issues.

Gary Metroka serves as the Accident Reconstructionist and Investigation Specialist for NTCI. Gary is a retired Indiana State Trooper and served as a Sergeant with the Commercial Vehicle Enforcement Division. He has investigated and reconstructed more than 125 fatality accidents during his career with the Indiana State Police. Gary has a BS from Ball State University and completed the Northwestern University Traffic Institue Reconstruction Courses. He also completed a course for Commercial Vehicle Reconstruction from Arkansas State University.

Michele Cobb joined NTCI in 2001 and is the Log Audit Manager for NTCI. She is responsible for client management, computer program development and supervision of the log audit department. Michele and her staff are well versed in the Driver’s Record of Duty Status regulations and the audit procedures used by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration.

Ms. Annette Sandberg, CEO of TransSafe Consulting LLC, previously served as Administrator of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, Deputy Administrator of the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration and Chief of the Washington State Patrol. Ms. Sandberg has focused on assisting private sector companies in understanding the myriad of safety regulations and assessing and improving their safety programs.

Bill Herster is a Senior Safety Consultant for NTCI.  He retired from the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration as the Regional Director in Kansas. Bill has more than 30 years of experience dealing with safety and regulatory compliance issues.  He is highly qualified to consult in all matters regarding the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations and the Hazardous Material Regulations.

John Pinckney is a Senior Safety Consultant. He was most recently the Human Resource/ Safety Director for Knight Transportation in Indianapolis, IN. He has more than 15 years in the transportation industry dealing with safety, regulatory compliance issues, risk management programs and litigation management. He is actively involved in a number of safety organizations. He is certified to teach the instructors course as well as the DDC course. He is also certified to teach the National Safety Council's DDC instructors course and professional truck drivers course.

Christy Humphries serves as the Compliance Consultant for NTCI.  Her responsibilities include driver qualifications, Federal and State roadside inspection verifications, MCMIS profile reviews, and drug and alcohol program verification and monitoring.  Christy has more than 15 years of experience the transportation industry dealing in safety and regulatory issues    She is certified to teach the National Safety Council's Truck Driver’s Defensive Driving Course.
